Drape subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID:
Your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period.
Sign in to Drape with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. The app automatically restores active subscriptions. If it doesn't, open the app's Settings screen and tap Restore Purchases.
Inside the Drape app: open Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, wardrobe, try-on history, and any StyleDrop posts. The action cannot be undone.
If you can't access the app, email us at drapeapp33@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and we'll process the deletion within 30 days.
Both tiers cap try-on outfits at 4 items each. You can switch between tiers anytime from Settings → Subscription.
A few tips for the best results:
The Drape mobile app is iPhone-only. For desktop, we have a Chrome browser extension that lets you try on any product from any store. Android isn't on the roadmap yet.
This usually clears itself within a minute or two. If not:
All in-app purchases on Drape are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled through Apple's support: reportaproblem.apple.com. If you're having trouble, email us and we'll do our best to help.
Drape is built by Drape LLC, an independent studio. We're a small team focused on making AI-powered fashion tools that actually feel useful.
